All team check in will be done via GotSport.
There will be NO FRIDAY OR SATURDAY team check in. All team check in documents must be uploaded by midnight, October 6th, 2024
All players must be under the same entity such as US Club or US Youth. The team may not be crossed over between the two entities. These passes must contain a picture and be fully laminated. Every team for each player must have a current State Player Pass (or other approved organization of which the team is a member) with a player picture. Any team caught using players not properly carded during a game, will result in an automatic forfeit. Those players will be ineligible to play for the remainder of the event.

What you will need to upload into the GotSport system:
USYSA Requirements (MYSA, IYSA, etc.)
For Travel permits using Tournament Center:
You will need to create an account with the Tournament Center for your team. Then you can login and select Travel Permit, then New Travel Permit Request. From there you will be able to input all of the information regarding the event. Once the permit is approved, you can go in and click the printer icon within their request, and get your permit. If you have issues with any of it you can reach out to the customer support at 833-484-7767.
US Club Requirements (NON USYSA Teams)
